Internal Rules & Policies
These Internal Regulations establish the general rules for a comfortable stay; All guests accept these Regulations and any infringement thereof, entitles the Hotel to take the necessary measures so that the general interest prevails, in the provision of services by this Hotel, there will be no discrimination for reasons of sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social condition, but they may deny their services when the guest shows up in a drunken state or under the influence of drugs or narcotics or when it is intended to use other than the hosting service.
(1). Registration & Check in. - Upon the arrival of the guest at the Hotel, every person occupying a room must register at the Front Desk and personally sign the Registration Card established for this purpose and present their valid official identification. Check In starts from 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the day of your registration. The Hotel will offer the luggage storage service for up to a maximum of 12 hours prior to the guest's request.
(2). Delivery of the Room. - The rooms of the Hotel will be available no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation and from the delivery of the same the Guest is obliged in an inalienable way to pay the fee for the use of the rooms they occupy and all the Services received, such as but not limited to, food and beverage service to the room "Room Service", consumption in the Hotel's bars and restaurants, rental of rooms or additional services.
(3). Warranty. - All guests must establish their credit with a bankcard (open voucher) or, failing that, pay the total amount of their stay. The administration will issue proof of payment or detailed invoice for the services provided and the amount covered by them when the Guest requests it.
(4). Early departure. - In case the Guest wishes to leave before the reserved date, the Hotel will charge a penalty that is equivalent to the missing nights of the original reservation; therefore, the Hotel will be able to freely dispose of the reserved room (s) (s) by the guest.
(5). Vacancy of the room (s) "Check Out". - The Check Out must be done no later than 12:00 hours on the departure date and the Guest will have a tolerance of 60 minutes; If you do not vacate the room between 12:00 and 18:00 on the day of your departure, the Hotel may apply an additional charge of half the current rate on the day of your departure per room. Guests, who vacate their room after 6:00 p.m. on the day of their departure, will be charged for the full night according to the rate in effect on the day of their departure.
(6). Forgotten objects. The objects or values forgotten by a Guest in the room will remain in the custody of the Hotel administration for a term of 90 calendar days, after this period has concluded and as there is no claim, they will be discarded.
(7). Changes to the length of the guest's stay at the hotel. - If the Guest does not vacate his room on the day of his departure or if he wishes to change the date of departure, he must ask the Front Desk for availability and if there is, he must pay the cost of the room per night according to the RACK rate published in the front of the Hotel and continue to cover all expenses incurred during your stay. - -
(8). Exchange rate. - In the event that the prices of the services offered by the Hotel or penalties are set in foreign currency, the guest must settle them in said currency or if the payment is in National Currency, it will be covered at the exchange rate determined by the Hotel and which will be available at Front Desk.
(9). Care of the guest's property. - The Guest acknowledges and accepts that the Hotel has no responsibility and is not responsible for the care of the articles, values, money and jewelry of the Guest and other people staying at the Hotel, left in their room and / or Public Areas. It is the responsibility of the Guest and his companions to deposit their values, in the safe deposit boxes that are available in their rooms. The hotel reserves the right to keep all those values or objects that are understood not to be essential for the Guest's stay.
(10). Accidents. - The Hotel is not responsible for any type of accident and / or injuries that the guest or their companions suffer within the Hotel facilities attributable to the negligence or carelessness of the Guest, indicating in an enunciatively but non-limiting manner the falls, blows, animal bites, among others. Expenses that this type of eventualities generate will be borne by the Guest, exempting the Hotel from any responsibility. The use of the Pool, Hotel Gym, Federal Zone and the Jacuzzi in your room is done at the Guest's own risk.
(11). Accidents in the Federal Zone. - The hotel disclaims all responsibility for what happens to the guest in the Federal Zone or at sea, the guest being fully responsible for accidents or mishaps that he has in the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone and within the sea.
(12). Civil liability. - The Hotel has a Civil Liability insurance in force and issued by an insurance company duly authorized by the competent authorities, in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-07-TUR-2002 and which covers the amount indicated in said NOM.
(13). Medical service. - In case the guest requires it, the Hotel may assist the guest only for the purpose of obtaining professional medical care (Art. 27, section III and 32 of the General Health Law), whose fees will be borne by the Guest.
(14). Storage of medicines and / or products in Minibar. - The guest undertakes not to leave their own medicines and / or products in the Minibar, if so, they will do so at their own risk and the hotel will not be responsible for the damage they may suffer due to lack of care.
(15). Emergencies - In the event that the Hotel has a well-founded fear that acts that endanger the integrity of the other guests or the Hotel's facilities have been raised or are being carried out in the rooms occupied by the guest, it may allow access to the rooms to the competent authorities or emergency services, without the need for prior authorization from the Guest.
(16). Lack of hygiene. - In case of notorious lack of hygiene on the part of the Guest or their companions, or if they put the health of other guests or Hotel collaborators at risk, the latter may terminate the Accommodation and request the Guest to vacate their rooms, without responsibility for the Hotel.
(17). Use of common areas. - The common areas, sports and recreational facilities, whose administration is in charge of the Hotel, may only be used by the Guest and their companions in the manner, terms and conditions indicated at the entrance of each area and under the costs and restrictions apply for it. The pool schedule is the one published in the signage and the guest will not be able to introduce crystal items to that area or have personal players. The gym is open from 6:30 a.m. until 14:30 p.m. It is forbidden to have pets in common areas, Restaurants and Bars.
(18). Third-party services. - The Hotel is not responsible for the costs and services provided by third parties outside the Hotel, notwithstanding that such services are presented or marketed within the Hotel's facilities, such as taxi services, doctors, tourist agencies and car rental companies.
(19). Valet Parking. - The Hotel has a Free Valet Parking service, the Hotel is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or of objects left inside. In the event that the Guest makes use of the Hotel's parking lot, he must place his car in the places designated for this purpose, the establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or of objects left inside.
(20). Minors. - Guests who come in the company of minors will be responsible for their care and should not leave them alone in the rooms, or walk through public areas, pool, corridors, and recreational areas, among others. Remember that in Mexico it is a crime for minors under 18 to consume alcoholic beverages; it is important to note that people with special treatment or with different capacities before the law are of legal age from 18 years of age.
(21). 100% smoke-free hotel. - It is forbidden to smoke all kinds of products in the Hotel and its rooms; If the Guest fails to comply with this obligation, regardless of the sanctions that are applicable in accordance with current legislation, he must cover a penalty in favor of the Hotel in the amount of USD $250.00 (VAT 16% Included) or its equivalent in National Currency at exchange rate corresponding to the day of payment, said charge may be per event.
(22). Pets. - Pets are allowed (Only dogs and Cats, no more than 12 kilos in weight). The care of pets is the sole responsibility of their owners. The Hotel reserves the right to expel those pets that cause inconvenience to other guests. Pets are not allowed in common areas such as restaurants and swimming pools without the supervision of the owners, they must be leashed and kept close to their owners. Pets they cannot enter into the pools or Jacuzzis both in public areas and in the rooms. Guests are responsible for any damages their pets may cause to the property or to third parties.
(23). Rest hours. - Rest hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During these hours, it is forbidden to use radios, televisions with high volume or other annoying noises in order to prevent the rest and tranquility of the guests. Regardless of these circumstances, within the hours not established as rest, guests must behave according to the general rules of coexistence, taking special care with the volume of musical devices, instruments and any other sound emitter that may not exceed the allowed decibels by municipal regulations. Meetings must be held in the full respect of neighboring guests. After 23:00, meetings are not allowed in the Hotel's Public Areas, except in a space in which the Complex has a planned Activity.
(24). Prohibitions. - In the Hotel it is forbidden: a) in no case may the number of people staying in each room exceed the capacity assigned by the Hotel to each of its rooms. b) Damage the property of the Hotel, its goods, facilities, equipment, decoration, among others or use them for purposes other than those for which they were originally designated, including contacts or electrical equipment in the facilities that could cause fire or some other type of risk in facilities, the Hotel may charge the guest for damages caused against them. c) Act in any way that puts the Hotel, its facilities, guests, visitors and collaborators at risk. d) Introducing weapons, prohibited or illegal substances (including their consumption). e) Using the rooms to play games of chance or any activity that may disturb order or violate these Regulations or the Law. f) To physically or verbally attack other guests or hotel collaborators; In case of incurring in any of these faults, the Hotel may request the guest's departure without any responsibility. g) It is forbidden to scandalize, disturb and not respect the rest of the other guests, by ignoring this, the guest renounces his contract of stay and may be evicted at the time.
(25). Use of common areas. - The common areas, sports and recreational facilities, whose administration is in charge of the Hotel, may only be used by the Guest and their companions in the manner, terms and conditions indicated at the entrance of each area and under the costs and restrictions apply for it. (26). Drinks and Food inside the Hotel. - (a) The entry of food and beverages outside the Hotel is allowed only for use within rooms or villas that have kitchen equipment, the Hotel is not responsible for their consumption and the effects that these may generate to the Guest. (b) It is forbidden to enter food and beverages outside the Hotel in the area of swimming pools or restaurants or common areas, since such areas are subject to the internal uncorking policy of the consumption centers. (c) We reserve the right to serve alcoholic beverages to guests who are in a high ethyl state that may interfere with their own health and the general environment of the Hotel.
(27). Goods given in loan. - The Guest will be responsible for covering in its entirety in case of loss or deterioration of the movable property provided as a loan in order to make their stay more enjoyable.
(28). Breaches. -In the event that the Guest or his companions fail to comply with any of the articles of this Regulation, they must immediately vacate their rooms and leave the Hotel without any responsibility for the Hotel. The Hotel may make all consumption charges and all damage caused to the property or to third parties by it, its companions and / or its visitors during their stay at the property, to the Guest's credit card used at the time of their Registration in the Hotel.
(29). Trafficking in minors. - This hotel is committed to the National Code of Conduct for the protection of girls, boys and adolescents in the travel and tourism sector, which is why it rejects the sexual and / or labor exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents. In case of detecting a related situation on the part of the Guest, the corresponding authorities will be notified immediately
(30). Use of drones. - The use of drones in the Hotel is strictly prohibited, in the event that a guest uses it, the accommodation contract may be terminated and the request to vacate it.
(31). Water in Rooms. - The hotel provide two complimentary bottles of water per day per room.
(1). Reglamento Interno
El presente Reglamento Interno, establece las normas generales para una estadía confortable; todo huésped acepta el presente Reglamento y cualquier infracción al mismo, da derecho al Hotel a tomar las medidas necesarias para que, prevalezca el interés general, en la prestación de los servicios por parte de este Hotel, no habrá discriminación alguna por razones de sexo, credo político, religión, nacionalidad o condición social, pero podrá negar sus servicios cuando el huésped se presente al mismo en estado de ebriedad o bajo el influjo de drogas o estupefacientes o cuando se pretenda dar uso distinto al de servicio de hospedaje.
- Registro & Check in. - A la llegada del huésped al Hotel, toda persona que ocupe una habitación deberá registrarse en la Recepción y firmará personalmente la Tarjeta de Registro establecida para tal efecto y presentará su identificación oficial vigente. El Check In comienza a partir de las 15:00 horas y concluye a las 23:59 horas del día de su registro. El Hotel ofrecerá el servicio de resguardo de equipaje hasta por un máximo de 12 horas previa a solicitud del huésped.
- Entrega de la Habitación. - Las habitaciones del Hotel estarán disponibles a más tardar a las 15:00 horas del día de su reserva y desde la entrega de la misma el Huésped queda obligado de manera irrenunciable a pagar la tarifa por el uso de las habitaciones que ocupe y todos los servicios que reciba como son de manera enunciativa mas no limitativa, el servicio de alimentos y bebidas a la habitación “Room Service”, consumos en los bares y restaurantes del Hotel, renta de salones o servicios adicionales.
- Garantía. - Todo huésped deberá establecer su crédito con alguna tarjeta bancaria (Voucher abierto) o en su defecto, liquidar el total de su estancia. La administración expedirá comprobantes de pago o factura detallada de los servicios prestados y el importe cubierto por los mismos cuando el Huésped lo solicite.
- Salida anticipada. - En caso de que el Huésped desee salir antes de la fecha reservada, el Hotel cobrará una penalización que es equivalente a las noches faltantes de la reserva original, por ende el Hotel podrá disponer libremente de la(s) habitación(es) reservada(s) por el huésped.
- Desocupación de la(s) Habitación(es) “Check Out”. - El Check Out debe ser realizado a más tardar a las 12:00 horas de su fecha de salida y el Huésped tendrá una tolerancia de 60 minutos; si no desocupa la habitación entre las 12:00 y las 18:00 horas del día de su salida, el Hotel podrá aplicar un cargo adicional de media tarifa vigente al día de su salida por habitación. Los Huéspedes que desocupen su habitación después de las 18:00 horas del día de su salida, se les realizará un cargo por la noche completa según la tarifa vigente al día de su salida.
- Objetos Olvidados. Los objetos o valores olvidados por algún Huésped en la habitación, quedarán en custodia de la administración del Hotel por un término de 90 días naturales, concluido este periodo y al no haber reclamación alguna, serán desechados.
- Cambios a la duración de la estancia del huésped en el hotel. - Si el Huésped no desocupa su habitación el día de su salida o si desea cambiar la fecha de salida, deberá preguntar en Front Desk la disponibilidad y en caso de existir deberá pagar el costo de la habitación por noche según la tarifa RACK publicada en el Front del Hotel y seguir cubriendo todos los gastos que erogue dentro de su estadía. - -
- Tipo de cambio. - En caso de que los precios de los servicios ofrecidos por el Hotel o penalizaciones estén fijados en moneda extranjera el huésped deberá de liquidarlos en dicha moneda o si el pago es en Moneda Nacional, se estará cubriendo al tipo de cambio que el Hotel determine y que estará disponible en Front Desk.
- Cuidado de los bienes del huésped. - El Huésped reconoce y acepta que el Hotel no tiene responsabilidad y no se hace responsable sobre el cuidado de los artículos, valores, dinero y joyería del Huésped y demás personas que se alojen en el Hotel, dejados en su habitación y/o Áreas Públicas. Es responsabilidad del Huésped y sus acompañantes depositar sus valores, en las cajas de seguridad que están disponibles en sus habitaciones. El hotel se reserva el derecho a guardar todos aquellos valores u objetos que se entiendan no imprescindibles para la estadía del Huésped.
- Accidentes. - El Hotel no se hace responsable de ningún tipo de accidente y/o lesiones que el huésped o sus acompañantes sufran dentro de las instalaciones del Hotel imputables a la negligencia o descuido del Huésped, señalando de manera enunciativa más no limitativa las caídas, golpes, picaduras de animales, entre otros. Los gastos que este tipo de eventualidades generen correrán por cuenta del Huésped, eximiendo al Hotel de cualquier responsabilidad. El uso de la Alberca, Gimnasio del Hotel, Zona Federal y del Jacuzzi en su habitación, se realiza bajo el propio riesgo del Huésped.
- Accidentes en Zona Federal. - El hotel se desliga toda responsabilidad por lo que le suceda al huésped en la Zona Federal o en el mar, siendo el huésped totalmente responsable de los accidentes o percances que tenga en la Zona Federal Marítimo Terrestre y dentro del mar.
- Responsabilidad Civil. - El Hotel cuenta con un seguro de Responsabilidad Civil vigente y expedido por compañía aseguradora debidamente autorizada por las autoridades competentes, de conformidad con la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-07-TUR-2002 y que cubre el monto señalado en dicha NOM.
- Servicio Médico. - En caso de que el huésped lo requiera, el Hotel podrá asistir al huésped solo con la finalidad de conseguir la atención medica profesional (Art. 27 fracción III y 32 de la Ley General de Salud), cuyos honorarios correrán por cuenta del Huésped.
- Resguardo de medicinas y/o productos en Minibar. - El huésped se obliga no dejar en el Minibar, medicinas y/o productos propios, en caso de ser así, lo hará bajo su propio riesgo y el hotel, no será responsable por el daño que puedan sufrir por la falta de cuidado.
- Emergencias. - En caso de que el Hotel tenga el temor fundado de que en las habitaciones que ocupe el huésped se hayan suscitado o se estén realizando actos que pongan en riesgo la integridad de los demás huéspedes o de las instalaciones del Hotel, podrá permitir el acceso a las habitaciones a las autoridades competentes o a los servicios de emergencia, sin necesidad de contar con la previa autorización del Huésped.
- Falta de higiene. - En caso de notoria falta de higiene por parte del Huésped o sus acompañantes, o si ponen en riesgo la salud de los demás huéspedes o colaboradores del Hotel, el ultimo podrá dar por terminado el Hospedaje y solicitar al Huésped que desocupe sus habitaciones, sin responsabilidad para el Hotel.
- Uso de áreas comunes. - Las áreas comunes, instalaciones deportivas y recreativas, cuya administración estén a cargo del Hotel, solo podrán ser usadas por el Huésped y sus acompañantes en la forma, términos y condiciones que se señale en la entrada de cada área y bajo los costos y restricciones que apliquen por ello. El horario de la Alberca es el publicado en la señalética y el huésped no podrá introducir a esa área artículos de cristal ni tener reproductores personales. El horario del Gimnasio es 6:30 horas a 14:30 horas. Queda prohibido tener a las mascotas en las áreas comunes, Restaurantes y Bares.
- Servicios de terceros. - El Hotel no se hace responsable por los costos y servicios prestados por terceros ajenos al Hotel, no obstante que dichos servicios se presenten o comercialicen dentro de las instalaciones del Hotel, como lo son servicios de taxis, médicos, agencias turísticas y arrendadora de autos.
- Valet Parking. - El Hotel cuenta con servicio de Valet Parking Gratuito, el Hotel no se hace responsable de daños parciales o robo total del vehículo ni de objetos dejados en su interior. En caso de que el Huésped haga uso del estacionamiento del Hotel, deberá colocar su automóvil en los lugares designados para tal efecto, el establecimiento no se hace responsable de daños parciales o robo total del vehículo ni de objetos dejados en su interior.
- Menores de edad. - Los Huéspedes que vengan en compañía de menores de edad serán los responsables de su cuidado y no deberán dejarlos solos en las habitaciones, ni transitar por áreas públicas, alberca, pasillos, áreas recreativas, entre otros. Recuerde que en México es un delito que los menores de 18 años consuman bebidas alcohólicas; es importante destacar que las personas con tratamiento especial o con capacidades diferentes ante la ley son mayores de edad a partir de los 18 años.
- Hotel 100% libre de humo. - Queda prohibido fumar toda clase de productos en el Hotel y sus habitaciones; si el Huésped incumple con esta obligación, independientemente de las sanciones que le sean aplicables de conformidad con la legislación vigente, deberá cubrir a favor del Hotel una penalización por el importe de USD $250.00 (Iva 16 % Incluido) o su equivalente en Moneda Nacional al tipo de cambio correspondiente al día de pago, dicho cargo podrá ser por evento.
- Mascotas. - Está permitido el ingreso de mascotas (Solo perros y gatos, no mayores en peso a 12 kilos). El cuidado de las mascotas es responsabilidad exclusiva de sus dueños. El Hotel se reserva el derecho de expulsión de aquellas mascotas que originen molestias en los demás huéspedes. Las mascotas no están permitidas en áreas comunes como restaurantes y albercas sin la supervisión de los dueños, deben de portar correa y mantenerlos cerca de sus dueños. Las mascotas no pueden ingresar dentro de las albercas o jacuzzis tanto de áreas públicas como de las habitaciones. Los huéspedes son responsables por los daños que puedan ocasionar sus mascotas a la propiedad o a terceros.
- Horario de descanso. - Los horarios de descanso son de las 21:00 horas a 8:00 horas; dentro de ese horario está prohibido utilizar radios, televisores con alto volumen u otros ruidos molestos a fin de impedir el descanso y la tranquilidad de los huéspedes. Independientemente de estas circunstancias, dentro de los horarios no establecidos como descanso, los huéspedes deberán comportarse de acuerdo a las normas generales de convivencia teniendo especial cuidado con el volumen de aparatos musicales, instrumentos y cualquier otro emisor de sonido que no podrá sobrepasar los decibeles permitidos por las disposiciones municipales. Las reuniones deberán llevarse a cabo bajo el total respeto de los huéspedes contiguos. A partir de las 23:00, no están permitido realizar reuniones en las Áreas Públicas del Hotel, excepto algún espacio en el cual el Complejo tenga una Actividad prevista.
- Prohibiciones. - En el Hotel está prohibido: a) En ningún caso el número de personas alojadas en cada habitación podrá rebasar a la capacidad asignada por el Hotel a cada una de sus habitaciones. b) Dañar la propiedad del Hotel, sus bienes, instalaciones, equipo, decoración, entre otros o utilizarlos con fines diferentes para los que originalmente fueron designados, incluyendo contactos o equipo eléctrico en las instalaciones que pudieran causar incendio o algún otro tipo de riesgo en las instalaciones, el Hotel podrá cobrar al huésped los daños y perjuicios causados en su contra c) Actuar de alguna manera que ponga en riesgo al Hotel, sus instalaciones, huéspedes, visitantes y colaboradores. d) Introducir armas, sustancias prohibidas o ilegales (incluyendo su consumo). e) Utilizar las habitaciones para realizar juegos de azar o cualquier actividad que pueda perturbar el orden o violar el presente Reglamento o la Ley. f) Agredir física o verbalmente a otros huéspedes o colaboradores del Hotel; en caso de incurrir en cualquiera de estas faltas, el Hotel podrá solicitar la salida del huésped sin ninguna responsabilidad. g) Está prohibido escandalizar, molestar y no respetar el descanso de los demás huéspedes, al hacer caso omiso de esto, el huésped renuncia a su contrato de estancia y podrá ser desalojado en el momento.
- Uso de áreas comunes. - Las áreas comunes, instalaciones deportivas y recreativas, cuya administración estén a cargo del Hotel, solo podrán ser usadas por el Huésped y sus acompañantes en la forma, términos y condiciones que se señale en la entrada de cada área y bajo los costos y restricciones que apliquen por ello. El horario de la Alberca es el publicado en la señalética y el huésped no podrá introducir a esa área artículos de cristal ni tener reproductores personales. El horario del Gimnasio es de 6:30 horas a 14: horas. El área de piscina es de 8:00 horas a 18:00 horas. Queda prohibido tener a las mascotas en las áreas comunes, Restaurantes y Bares.
- Bebidas y Alimentos dentro del Hotel. – (a) El ingreso de alimentos y bebidas ajenas a la empresa se permite solo para uso dentro de habitaciones o villas que cuentan con equipo de cocina, el Hotel no se hace responsable del consumo de los mismos y los efectos que estos puedan generarle al huésped. (b) Queda prohibido el ingreso de alimentos y bebidas ajenas a la empresa en el área de albercas o restaurantes o áreas comunes, pues dichas áreas están sujetas a la política interna de descorche de los centros de consumo. (c) Nos reservamos el derecho a servir bebidas alcohólicas a huéspedes que se encuentren en estado etílico alto que pueda interferir con su propia salud y el ambiente general del Hotel.
- Bienes dados en comodato. - El Huésped será responsable de cubrir en su totalidad en caso de pérdida o deterioro de los bienes muebles brindados en comodato con la finalidad de hacer más amena su estancia.
- Incumplimientos. - En caso de que el Huésped o sus acompañantes incumpla(n) con cualquiera de los artículos de este Reglamento, deberán desocupar de inmediato sus habitaciones y abandonar el Hotel sin ninguna responsabilidad para el Hotel. El Hotel podrá realizar todos los cargos de consumos y todo daño causado a la propiedad o a terceros por él, sus acompañantes y/o sus visitas durante su estancia en la propiedad, a la tarjeta de crédito del Huésped usada al momento del su Registro en el Hotel.
- Trata de menores. - Este hotel está comprometido con el Código de Conducta Nacional para la protección de niñas, niños y adolescentes en el sector de los viajes y el turismo, por lo que rechaza la explotación sexual y/o laboral de niñas, niños y adolescentes. En caso de detectar una situación relacionada por parte del Huésped se dará parte a las autoridades correspondientes de forma inmediata.
- Uso de drones. – Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de drones en el Hotel, en caso de que un huésped utilice el mismo, podrá ser rescindido el contrato de hospedaje y solicitándole la desocupación del mismo.
- Aguas en la Habitación: El Hotel probé dos aguas en cortesía por día por habitación.
